APPLICATION OF GBP CAR STICKER OR TEMPORARY PASS

REQUIREMENTS:

*GBP Locators / Employee

  1. Soft Copy of Latest Official Receipt (OR) and Certification of Registration (CR)
  2. Soft Copy of Company ID & Driver's License
  3. Soft Copy of Deed of Sale and/or Authorization if applicant is not the owner with valid ID
  4. Soft Copy of Emission Testing / Insurance / Any proof of LTO registration if the OR/CR is outdated.


*Non-Locators

  1. Soft Copy Latest Official Receipt (OR) and Certification of Registration (CR)
  2. Soft Copy of Company ID & Driver’s License
  3. Soft Copy of Deed of Sale and/or Authorization if applicant is not the owner with valid ID

Note: The GBP Security Guard is the only authorized person to stick the sticker to the driver’s side windshield.

  • Scanned copy or Photocopy of Company ID, if no Company ID, Certificate of Employment (COE) with Government ID.
